My one-year-old settled in well and enjoyed all the fun activities provided. He has learned and played well at this nursery. The teachers are very much loving and caring. We also find the app that tells us his routine particularly useful. We can't be more satisfied with everything here.

Both of my children have attended Small World Nursery over the last 5 years. They have always shown such care, dedication and professionalism. The Nursery has a very strong management team which is supportive, approachable and organised. The staff in the toddler room have been absolutely fantastic. 

We have felt involved in both of our children's education, through daily feedback, apps and reports. As parents, we are often asked for our input, be it activities or skills developed outside of Nursery, special occasions/outside interests. The Famly app allows us a great insight into learning that takes place during their day and gives us ideas to support them at home. The option to like and comment on their daily activities is an excellent way to stay in touch with the staff.

There are always fun events and special days organised by the nursery which take a lot of planning and preparation which are enjoyed by all, especially their Christmas parties.

When we first began looking for a nursery for our first-born, we looked at many in the area. We are so glad that we chose Small World.

I would like to share my experience as a parent of a child in preschool at Small World.

I am very happy with the care my son receives from the preschool room team, and his key person in particular. My son has progressed well and enjoys the range of activities the nursery provides, particularly the outdoor activities like the mud kitchen and the allotment.
The management team have been a huge support to myself and my son, in particular during the time my son was settling into the nursery, and on days he was reluctant to go to nursery. They are very skilled at getting him in and settled quickly, I’m very grateful for that! I’m always impressed by the interest the manager and assistant manger show in every child, they seem to know each child very well. This has transferred to the wider team, all members of staff, can greet my son by name and will stop and chat with him.

My son will be going to school in September, we will miss going to Small World. I have a new baby, and will not look any further for a nursery for her, once the time comes for me to return to work.

Our daughter has been attending Small Worlds for 2 years and we couldn’t ask for anymore from all the staff at the setting. They have not only shown our child kindness, patience and love but have also supported us, as parents, and shown understanding and empathy during, what has been an unusual couple of years.
As working parents, our days are made much easier being able to drop our child at a setting that not only she loves to attend, but that we fully trust and know she is safe and cared for.
We are incredibly grateful and impressed with the opportunities that have been provided for our child over the years and we owe the staff at Small Worlds for preparing our daughter, so wonderfully, for her next adventure at school in September! - we’re only sad that she can’t stay at Small Worlds forever!

As we are nearing the end of our son's time at Small World Nursery, I'd like to take this opportunity to convey my gratitude to you all.

As we've previously had a child at Small World Nursery (and a very good experience), it was a logical choice to send our other son too. And he has blossomed.... I have a tremendous amount of praise and appreciation for the way you and the team have taken him in and made him feel at home from day 1, how you have loved him and cared for him, and how you have been instrumental in his development. So often he comes home and tells me something, sings a new song, proudly presents an artwork or has a discussion about something new and interesting that comes from nursery. He loves his time there, and loves his teachers and the many, diverse activities you have exposed him to. I could not have asked for or imagined a better early childhood experience for him. Or us.

A sincere thank you to the entire team. You have been a major part of our son's life so far, and I have no doubt that his experiences and memories of Small World Nursery will stay with him forever.
