There is a non refundable registration fee to secure your place of £100.00.
There is also a deposit of £150.00 which will be credited to the first full month’s invoice following your child’s start date.
Deposits and registration fees will be waived for 2 year olds accessing funded hours only.
Fees are based on 52 weeks and are paid in advance by 1st of each calendar month.
A minimum booking of 2 full day sessions is required for 0-2 year olds and 2-3 year olds or 3-5 year olds. Half day sessions may be available to the 3 year olds subject to availability.
Individual bespoke arrangements can be agreed with the Nursery manager and are subject to availability and minimum sessions required.
A minimum notice period applies and fees are subject to our terms and conditions.
The Nursery will be closed on all Bank holidays (normal charges still apply). No exchanges, credits or refunds will be given for sickness or holidays.
We do not provide childcare by the hour but according to the full day or half day session times.
Additional Charges
Late collection fees apply for every minute that you are late in collecting your child after the end of their agreed session.
Late payment fees apply to invoices paid late.
Unless otherwise agreed, our fees include all activities, consumables and food except for the provision of nappies, wipes and formula milk.
The funding received for funded hours does not include these costs and so we reserve the right to charge for these additional costs. Parents will be advised regarding this.
Children eligible for the 15 hours funding and 30 hours funding schemes will be charged for additional hours taken over and above the scheme. In order to remain eligible for 30 hours funding the onus is on parents to reconfirm their eligibility via HMRC every 3 months or when prompted to do so.
We are open 51 weeks of the year and we stretch the funded hours over this number of weeks. The remaining 1 week is not funded and will be charged at the standard rate .
The cost of private hours starts from £10.00 per hour but this will vary depending on the number of sessions attended and the age of the child and if there are any other discounts available.
Government Funded Childcare
We accept a range of government funding options to help make childcare more affordable for families, including:
30 hours free childcare for eligible 9-month-olds

15- or 30-hours free childcare for eligible 2-year-olds
